Melatonin as a Sleep Aid




I have been battling insomnia for years, and I've tried almost every product on the market, both over-the-counter pills and prescription medication. The problem with many of them is that they leave me very tired in the morning. So I've decided to try melatonin. Has anyone had success with this supplement?

I use melatonin to help me sleep on some nights. I feel like it is better for me, since it is natural. However, I do feel very groggy when I wake up the next day. That feeling lasts for an hour or so. I don't know if everyone has this problem with melaton.

Why natural remedies like melatonin will work for a while, I've found that I've become immune to the ingredients in them. After taking Sleep-MD and an off brand product, they just quit working all the sudden. However, relaxation tapes have went a long way as far as blocking out the mind goes.
