The Best Sleep




There's nothing like the sleep that comes after a session of good, old-fashioned exercise. You know, exertion, getting your heart rate up, rhythmic breathing, moving.

No matter your age, getting those muscles and bones up and out can really do wonders for your sleep routine. It's one of the most natural sleeping pills I know.

Take a look at children, for instance. After an afternoon of play, they're ready for sleep at bedtime. Same with adults after gardening, a game of basketball, a walk on the beach, skiiing. Going with the flow of movement engages the mind, body and many times the spirit—the troika of wellbeing. It's no wonder a good night's sleep can follow.
