Sleep Sucks

Opinion:
My husband is a loud snorer—a very loud snorer. After years of sleepless nights, we've decided to sleep in separate bedrooms. Despite my friends' concern that sleeping in separate beds will harm our marriage more than a few sleepless nights, I just can't take it anymore. At this point, sleep is much more important than being in bed with a snoring man.

I have the same problem with my wife. I have found that snoring can be reduced by
getting her to lie on her side, head on two pillows and gently adjusting her head forward or backward depending on which side she sleeps on. We have tried \"nose bandages\" and \"snoring drops\" which work okay too. We both snore and decided to stay in the same bed because it is healthier for our marriage. When I voluntarily slept on the couch, she
began to feel ailenated from me. But that\\'s just us. We are going to try the new snoring
cure where something is injected in to the soft palate. Hope it works. Good Luck!
