How much sleep is required? Does everyone require approx. the same amount (8 hrs.)


I frequently wake up after about 3 or 4 hours and have difficulty falling back to sleep. Some people think that must be all I need, but I am extremely tired all day. Have alot on my mind and wish I could sleep more. The times I do get even close to 7 hours, I feel like a new person. What do I do to sleep all night?
