Is the saddness I continuously feel from stress, lack of sleep, hormonal changes, or all of it combined?


I am 16 years old and get on average 6 hours of sleep a night. In the morning I go into school early for various club meetings or for extra help in class, then a full day of classes, soccer practice, then play practice or choir practice or band, then hours upon hours of homework. I definitely stress about it all, but I can't imagine giving anything up. Lately, when I have the time to breathe, I have been feeling very depressed and end up crying. I was wondering if this saddness could be due to sleep deprivation.
